Cockapoos named as Scotland’s ‘most spoiled’ dog breed

New research has just shown that Scotland’s most spoiled dog breeds, Cockapoos, are high on the list.

Data uncovered by top pet brand revealed that the crossbreed (a mix of a Cocker Spaniel and a Poodle) came out as Scotland’s most pampered pet, with Springer Spaniels and Pugs ranking second and third.

After a boom in pooch purchases last year that saw more than 3.2 million people in the UK become puppy owners, the personalized pet gift specialists examined over 300 popular breeds and over 5000 individual pet profiles to identify the most lavish puppies of all in all Scotland.

While Cockapoos are the most spoiled pooch in Scotland overall, the breed varies by city.

The data shows that Irish Doodles are the most spoiled breed in Edinburgh while Zuchons (a cross between a Bichon Frize and a Shih Tzu) are spoiled by their Glaswegian owners.
