Firefighters save puppy stuck in sewer pipe after team effort

Several Greenville County firefighters worked over the weekend to save the life of a puppy stuck in a sewer pipe. The Parker District Fire Department posted photos on Facebook Sunday showing the rescue. The crews worked with experts from the Parker Waste Water Department who brought out their camera truck. A camera was lowered into the pipe to locate the distressed pup. The sewage and fire department team was able to remove the puppy from the pipe and reunite with its owners, the post said. “Great work from everyone involved,” said the post.
