Police are looking for a man who entered a house on Parkwood Avenue in Northampton and stole six puppies.

The man was challenged by two children, a 14-year-old boy who he slapped in the face and a 12-year-old girl who he pushed onto a sofa.

The suspect is described as:

  • A white man.

  • About 6 feet, of a slim build

  • Wear gray sweatpants, a gray zip-up hooded top, and a black face mask.

The six French Bulldog pups were picked up at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday June 13th.

Witnesses or anyone with information should call Northamptonshire Police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.

Northamptonshire Police are calling on the person who stole the pups to “do the right thing” and take them to a veterinarian or anonymously contact the police so they can be returned to their rightful owners.

Police say there are serious concerns about the physical health of the five-week-old pups if they are not returned to the mother.
