Firefighters had a slightly different job yesterday when they were called to rescue a cute puppy that had its head stuck in a wall.
The black and white pet had its head completely trapped and the Tutbury Fire Station firefighters called to rescue the dog.
You were called to a house in Uttoxeter yesterday, Monday, July 12th, shortly after 11 a.m., to find the puppy well and properly trapped.

And in a delicate operation, the firefighters spent about 40 minutes using small tools to rescue the frightened dog before it was returned to its owner despite their ordeal.
A spokesman for the Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “The fire department was called to an address in Uttoxeter at 11:02 am on Monday, July 12th, after reports of a puppy stuck in a wall.
“A Tutbury crew was in attendance using small tools to return the puppy to its owners before leaving the scene at 11:48 am.”
